Made this and only added a lil choc chips to make space for some ferrero rocher in the middle! Sooooo good my boyfriend and I immediately decided to make another batch after eating. This is now my fave cookie recipe, thick and little doughy, so perfect ❤️ perfect base to put anything on

These are NYC Cookies so the inside is meant to be softer – all ovens vary in temps and timings and it is never foolproof. It just means you needed to bake for a bit longer, that’s all. If you want a cookie that isn’t fudgy, you need to check out my chewy cookie recipe instead x

Put them in the oven and the inside is so fudgy, like not entirely baked. You can not eat them like that. Do you have any tips?

This sounds like the oven trays may be poor quality, or your oven is running too hot – make sure to line the trays as well and don’t grease them x

Thank you so much. This is just what I need, living on my own and not always having others to share my cookies with.
