Do you leave the cake in the tin to fully cool down like the school cake or leave for 10mins and then take out of the tin to cool?

Hi so looking forward to making this for my sister & her new fiancé as a congratulations pressie! It’s maybe obvious but do you take it out of the tray when cooked to cool or leave it in the tray to cool? Or does it make any difference? Thanks!!! Xx
