They came out absolutely perfect and hit the spot. I am going to try and put a scoop of Biscoff spread in the middle and try, I think it will be yummy

I’m new to air frying anything! I tried these today in my Ninja double stack xl. Made as per instructions but found, through each batch that 13 mins was spot on for them for me. Will definitely make these again! They are absolutely delicious! I have frozen a few cookie dough balls for another time. I can’t wait!

In reply to VickyLeigh83.

I love these cookies. I made the dough then just cooked as I needed. The dough kept well in the fridge for 3 days.
Next time, I’m gonna try putting a chunk of chocolate in the middle to see what that’s like!!

This is just great, you can’t even mess it up even if you try. Believe me, because I tried…

I was out of some ingredients and felt too lazy to go to the store. So I made no egg, single cookie version of this. Still turned out great.

Anyway, here it goes:

1 teaspoon of butter (scraped from the final remnants left in the tub, how long since you’ve had this butter anyway?)
4 teaspoons of sugar (I don’t have any brown sugar)
1/2-ish teaspoons of honey (it just makes sense, honey is brownish and sugary)
1/2 teaspoons of ground flax seed (this is supposed to replace the egg)
2 teaspoons of water
4 teaspoons of flour
1/4-ish teaspoons of baking soda
Few shakes of salt
1 teaspoon of nutella

Mix butter, sugar and honey together. Then, add flax seeds and water. Mix again real good. Add flour and baking soda, mix once more. You have forgotten to add salt. Add salt. Finally, put the nutella to the middle of the mixture, but don’t try to mix much this time. Just fold the sides on top of chocolate and transfer to piece of baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Eat!

Now, realize that you totally forgot about corn flour. Try to imagine how this could get any better. Maybe you could use less sugar next time?

If so would the cooking time be any different? Thanks Alice

This is probably too late but if you replace 30g of the flour with cocoa powder, you’ll get a double chocolate cookie πŸ™‚
