The taste is scrumptious! But it rose so much in tin & cracked that I could’ve put the icing on. My tin was exactly the same size as yours. Does shelf position matter with a fan oven?

Really easy recipie to follow and looked and smelt delicious. I have cut into it and it is really really moist. Think ive not cooked it long enough, let in for 60mins. Is undercooked cake safe to eat? Thanks

Ive made this twice now and both times its sunk in the middle th second time I baked for longer and it still sunk in the middle while baking. Any ideas why this has happened
