This sounds like you likely rolled the cookies too tight, and had too high a temp for the size of the cookie as you changed it. Ovens can be hotter than you think as they really vary x

All ingredients were exactly the same as the recipe, but they didn’t spread 🙁 The outside raspberries and chocolate chips also burned up. I tried turning my oven down to 160′ fan, but same deal. Do you have any advice what I might be doing wrong? Thank you!

I added a small blob of seedless raspberry jam on top of the cheesecake filling before sandwiching the cookies together. They were a huge hit with my friends!
Thank you for all your amazing recipes.

1. Where do you buy freeze dried rasps. Or strawberry’s ?
2. In Canada, our cornflour is yellow. Does this recipe call for that or what we call corn starch?

So” looking forward to making these.
