In reply to Clare. Hiya! Freeze on a tray until solid, then wrap properly. You can freeze it for up to 3 months, defrost in the fridge the day before. Hope this helps! x

I changed the recipe slightly and made it in a round tin. I then wrapped the tin securely in foil, and cooked it in my instant pot, remembering to add 2 cups of water and placing the tin on an upturned bowl. When the timer finished, I left it to cool completely. It was delicious and very moist, and I had lots of compliments over the flavour, as I had to add a few teaspoons of coffee, as my cocoa powder ran out!
