In reply to Michelle. Sometimes if you overwhisk you can create a flakey top to the brownie - and then the cookie dough may stick to this instead. If you happent to try again, rub the top of the brownie slightly to make sure there isn't a flakey top and then it should be fine! x

I made these but my cookie dough didn’t stick to the brownie…it just came apart. Where may I have gone wrong?

Hey there,I used milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate in the brownie part,will this change anything or can I carry on as usual?

Hello x am I able to use dark brown sugar rather than light brown sugar for the cookie dough bit or will that not work as well?
