Hiya! They are just regular pieces of Turkish delight – you can find it in most large supermarkets or sweet shops. Hope this helps! x

But where did you get the Turkish delight pieces from?

I don’t have a muffin tin or muffin cups and I wanted to make it for a birthday gift. Tia 🍰

Hi Jane,
I’ve just ordered some Turkish delight hot choc powder. If I was to do 175g recipe, would I up the cocoa powder to 75g instead if 50g

Thank you!

I managed to find the Wittards Turkish Delight Hot Chocolate on EBay which I paid £32.00 for 2 which is expensive but I’m sure it will be worth it. I’ll comment once I’ve made them.

I can’t get hold of any of the Turkish Delight hot chocolate and I’ve read that someone asked earlier about subbing it for Rose syrup, would the Nielsen Massey Rose Water be a good substitute?
Thanks 😊 xx

You can try chopping up small bits of Turkish delight instead with cocoa powder, but generally I found the hot chocolate the easiest way!

They look delicious

In reply to Cheryl.

My other half loves Turkish delight so I made a cake and a batch of cupcakes for his birthday. For each cake layer I used the same quantities as for a batch of cupcakes and I filled it with the buttercream. He loved it as did family members we shared it with. Will post a picture on Pinterest. I forgot to do the drizzled chocolate!
