Hi Jane do you use Lindt dark chocolate melted to put in the buttercream or milk chocolate and also is the drizzle lindt dark chocolate aswel thank you all your recipes are absolutely amazing I love everything you make.

Hi when you say Lindt chocolate do you mean the bars that also come in 70% coco or the bars like the truffles? Don’t want to mess it up using the wrong chocolate

Hi Jane,
great recipe! What cocoa powder do you find best for chocolate cakes? I have made various cakes using Bourneville and Green and blacks however, I am not really a fan of how they make the sponge taste once baked and I also find that they don’t make the sponge taste very chocolatey. What cocoa powder do you find best to use for all of your chocolate cakes?
