You would be better off just making a normal brownie (as the brownie mix of the slutty brownie is too thin to be baked on its own) and then adding this on top (it doesn’t set massively solid as it’s a dip so it can’t go underneath). A dry cookie just means it’s over baked x

Does that mean I’d cook the brownies and Oreos in a tray and in a different tray I’d keep the cookie dough separate as I wouldn’t cook it? And then place the cookie dough underneath the brownie mix when done?
