My family [and me) can’t get enough of these. I’ve often made cheese and bacon scones but these muffins are so much better, moist and really delicious. The fact all ingredients go in one bowl, no rubbing in or rolling out make them childishly easy and work every time. And they work perfectly in the air fryer! Thank you!

In reply to Nic. Me too (but as an 8inch), did you try it and if so, can you advise of any changes you made like did you need extra raising agent etc? Jane, would you be able to advise if making these muffins as a sandowch cake would work with the same recipe please? Thanks :-)
