Hi Jane, these sausage rolls are yummy and very moorish!! They certainly don’t last long. I sprinkle mixed herbs into my sausage meat and fresh thyme. I also make different filled palmiers with ready made sheet of puff pastry . Some with pesto spread on first then grated cheese, or sun dried tomatoes and fresh herbs. The sky is the limit with fillings!
