First time making a quiche, I’ll be making this in advance of Christmas. If I freeze the quiche, how would you recommend heating it back up from frozen . Thank you.

I never made pastry before this and it turned out perfectly – no soggy bottom here! Thank you!

It's the most delicious quiche recipe ideal for all of the family to enjoy especially for a lunch time snack with a crisp salad 🥗 I'm sure that you'll enjoy it as much as I do it's gorgeous! I’ve always wanted to make my own quiche, however I am allergic to leeks, can I swap it for something like broccoli?

Ideally you need to use the cream otherwise the mixture will be far too thin – but yes it can freeze!

I’d like to make this quiche but I don’t like cheese, would it be possible to make without?
Thanks
Emily

Honestly it depends how much you want, it could vary between 6-12 depending on slice size!
