I’ve made these too many times since discovering the recipe. So impressed. First time I made as per the serving recommendations, but I thought seemed too indulgent and guilt inducing. Now I make 1/4 of the quantities in a GU ramekin and mix in there too and it’s just right for a little treat and around same size as GU too.

So quick & easy!! Needed a little sweet treat after dinner & had chocolate for brownies but hadn’t time to make full on brownies. This recipe is absolutely great. I’ve only given 4 stars tho purely aa I found them very sweet, so next time I’ll reduce sugar by about 1/3 & hope they work as well. Thanks Janes Patisserie!

Just made these as I’d been craving brownies all day but had no eggs in and only a bit of flour left. Absolutely delicious! So indulgent, perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Thank you for another wonderful recipe!

I’ve made these loads of times now! If you have any of the Gu pots lying around they fit perfectly in two of those. If you’re cooking just one, I find it cooks in less than half the time (around 30 seconds in my microwave at least). Would really recommend! Thanks Jane!

Just tried these after putting dinner out and wishing I’d done some pudding. So quick to make exact quantity for two ramekins and 1000 watt microwave 90 seconds have a look, another 90secs perfect! Delicious 😋
