I have just made these with 70g of white chocolate and 10g of freeze dried raspberries, absolutely divine. Will definitely make again, my new go to recipe when I want something sweet in a hurry 🙂

I’ve made several different microwave cakes before and always been really disappointed. I thought I’d have one more go at one and decided to give this one a try. Oh my, it’s actually really delicious! So very quick and easy since you mix everything in one bowl. I used ramekins and found they were the perfect size. I went for 80 grams of white, milk and chocolate chips by Callebaut and did find it was quite sweet so next time I will try it with 50g. Make sure you eat it when it’s still warm as it tasted best then. This one is definitely a keeper!

In reply to Sharmistha Sathya. Eggs in the microwave is absolutely fine.. I'm in the UK and have never heard of that being a problem. If you use cookie mix you aren't using the recipe so I don't know.

Are you sure we are supposed to be putting eggs in the microwave???? I searched on the internet and it said not to put eggs on the microwave. Please tell me because I really want to make cookies. Also can I use cookie mix instead of the dry ingredients will it work.

Made these a couple of times, I got the flour slightly wrong the first time and ended up not putting as much in. I think I preferred it that way however loved it with the quantity stated above. I find its a bit more cakey with the quantity in the recipe.

I actually made one big cookie for myself with this dough and it was perfect for my greedy self.

Love these! Quick and easy to do when I am fancying something sweet after dinner! Sometimes add a cheeky scoop of biscoff or nutella to them to make them extra naughty 😉
