Hi Jane! I struggled to melt my chocolate properly. I left it in the oven longer than it said to and the white chocolate didn’t seem to melt - some of it was still quite solid. Was it the cheap supermarket chocolate I used or did I not leave it in long enough? I swirled a pile of lumpy chocolate.

This looks delicious and would make a great easter gift. I love chocolate bark as you can put whatever you want onto it, or use whatever chocolate you like. Love that you can vary the ingredients for different holidays and seasons. Another brill recipe Jane, thanks!
