I need to make a 50-80 half sheets (18″ x 13″ x 1.5″) worth of rice krispy treats for a project I’m working on, I was thinking of doubling your recipe… do you think it will be okay for one half sheet pan? It will be plain uncut rice krispy treats, to use as alternative cake layers and to make sculptures out of. I’ve been looking around for recipes and I use your cookie and blondie recipes and know they are delicious and come out perfect each time….

I’ve used the vegan version of marshmallows and it works but the marshmallows melt differently so keep an eye on them while melting.
