Tasty & uber rich. But I had to use less bicarbonate of Soda because I could taste it in the finished cookies. It wasn’t a tightly packed teaspoon either.

So the ratio at the minute is 1:1 with equal dark chocolate and cream, but for a milk chocolate ganache you’ll need 2:1 with double the amount of chocolate, to the amount of cream. For example, 200g milk chocolate, 100ml double cream x
