I wanted to bake the raspberry and white chocolate blondies but my tin is 28 X 22cm so slightly bigger than yours. Do you know how much extra ingredients I should add to fill this tin? Thank you!

Hello Jane I’m making a four tiered piñata cake for my friends daughter for her birthday I’m using 20cm cake tins I want to do a white chocolate ganache around the outside how much cream and chocolate would you recommend I use please?

In reply to Alma Snyman. If I say caster sugar, I mean the white one (As I will write golden if I mean golden). And the light brown sugar is simply light brown soft sugar in the supermarket! x

I just wanted to ask if I could use normal caster sugar in your Maltesers Traybake instead of golden, and if the light brown sugar you’re referring to is the treacle kind or the normal brown table sugar kind?

I making your lemon meringue cheesecake for Christmas Day. Would it be ok to freeze the main cheese cake and then add the meringue once it’s defrosted?xx
