Hii, 175g recipes use large eggs, whereas the 150g use medium eggs. However, dry cupcakes just mean they are overbaked. Glad you like my recipes!x

I am loving your recipes but I do have a query on your lemon cupcakes you use 175g of butter flour and sugar and 3 eggs but on your other cupcake recipes you use 150 g of these ingredients to 3 eggs why is this? I did make them but found them to be rather dry πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ.
